About the Founder and CEO

(Dr. Hamed Khaledi)


Dr. Hamed Khaledi is an institutional economist and experimental data scientist working on Distributed Governance, Collective Intelligence, FinTech, Blockchain Technology, Smart Contracts and DAOs.

He currently conducts research as the principal investigator in the McCombs School of Business in the University of Texas at Austin. He has been designing and experimenting different DAOs and collective intelligence systems in the University of Texas - Austin and in the Michigan State University.

He has been a member of the Association of Information Systems, the Financial Management Association, the System Dynamics Society, the Decision Sciences Institute, and the INFORMS. He has been the speaker in several conferences and seminars around the US.

The primary objective of Dr Khaledi Foundation is to leverage information technology to enhance corporate governance and business processes in small and medium-sized enterprises. The main focus is on digitization and decentralization of operational and decision making processes in organizations.

To this end, Dr Khaledi Foundation helps organizations utilize advanced financial technologies such as Enterprise (Permissioned) Blockchains, Smart Contracts, Collective Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence to advance strategic goals.
